Long Wait and Rude Service at Starbucks İstanbul Maltepe İdealtepe

I walked into the Starbucks İstanbul Maltepe İdealtepe location this morning to grab a coffee. After waiting for what felt like forever – a good 5 minutes – I ended up being late for work because of the traffic. I asked Miss Ece if she was the only one working, and she rudely responded, "Yes, just me." We kept waiting, and eventually, another employee showed up. If you don't want to work, don't do it – no one is forcing you. I then tried to call Starbucks' customer service line to report this, but Sinem, who answered, was just as rude. I couldn't tell if I was a customer or a punching bag. Thanks for nothing, Starbucks.
