I purchased eight Stanley products from different platforms, and while I haven’t even used all of them yet, two have already had lid issues. One has a leaking gasket, and the other cracked without any impact.
The biggest frustration? There’s no customer support, and I can’t even buy replacement parts—not even if I’m willing to pay! A brand that promotes lifetime durability should at least provide spare parts and proper assistance.
After this experience, I will never buy another Stanley product again, and I will actively warn others not to trust this brand. Stanley, fix your support system and provide replacement parts as promised!
