I Face Paint Peeling Problem on Stanley Thermos Despite Hand Washing

I purchased a Stanley thermos because of its reputation for durability and the promise of a lifetime warranty. However, despite carefully hand-washing it as instructed, the paint on the exterior has peeled off. The thermos no longer looks presentable, which is extremely disappointing for a premium product like Stanley.

One of the main reasons I chose Stanley was its claim of being long-lasting and reliable. Unfortunately, this experience has damaged my trust in the brand. A product that is marketed as durable and covered by a lifetime warranty should not lose its coating so quickly under proper use.

I request that Stanley honor its lifetime warranty by either:

Replacing my defective thermos with a new one, or

Offering an appropriate repair or alternative solution to resolve my grievance.
