Stanley Thermos Lid Comes Loose, Water Cools Down Prematurely

I own a Stanley thermos. The screw-on lid has a tendency to loosen by itself, resulting in the water cooling down. After I brought up this problem with Trendyol, they promptly directed me to another platform. Despite reaching out to Polar Bear, the distributor of Stanley in Turkey, and informing them of the situation, I did not receive any response. I purchased the product on April 5, 2024, and immediately noticed the issue. However, at that time, I didn't consider it to be anything out of the ordinary. I began to suspect an issue when I noticed that the water inside was gradually cooling down.
