Stanley NeverLeak Thermos Leaks

I recently bought a Stanley NeverLeak thermos, 0.47 liters, from Amazon. After around 20 days, I observed a notable decrease in temperature, resulting in a rapid cooling of the liquids inside. Worried about the situation, I reached out to Stanley's customer service and sent the product for warranty assessment in early December 2023. I got a message on December 14th, recognizing the malfunction of the product. Nevertheless, even though it is now February 3, 2024, the replacement that was promised has yet to be delivered. Efforts to obtain information via their WhatsApp contact lines have been met with silence.
