I purchased a Stanley Triger Action Thermos on November 24, 2023, and I have already experienced two serious lid explosions. As a result, my belongings and books were completely ruined.
I reported this issue to Stanley’s official distributor as a service request, but they ignored my complaint. Now, Stanley Turkey has finally acknowledged that multiple models, including mine, have a known lid defect and should not be used.
Why did the official distributor fail to respond to my initial complaint, forcing me to find out about the defect through public announcements over a year later? Additionally, after just one year of use, the paint has started peeling off. Is this what Stanley means by "lifetime warranty"? I demand a resolution immediately!
