Stanley Turkey replaced my damaged Stanley Classic Trigger-Action 0.47L green mug under warranty with the Stanley The Aerolight Transit 0.47L mug. However, this replacement product is not safe. Today, my spouse’s hand got caught in the drinking mechanism, which poses a significant safety issue.

The replacement is not equivalent in functionality or safety to my original mug. I purchased Stanley products because of their reliability, but this experience has been disappointing. I request that the unsafe replacement be exchanged for a new Stanley Classic Trigger-Action mug. Please address this issue promptly to restore my trust in the brand and ensure safe usage of your products.
