I Bought a Stanley H2O Straw Lid Thermos, But the Lid Stopped Sealing After a Short Time

My spouse brought me a Stanley H2O thermos with a straw lid from abroad, and I was really excited to use it because it offered the hot retention feature I needed. However, not long after I started using it, the lid stopped sealing properly. It simply doesn’t stay closed anymore, which defeats the whole purpose of having a high-quality, leak-proof thermos.
I specifically chose Stanley for its reliability and durability, but encountering such a flaw so early on is incredibly disappointing. A product with this price tag and reputation shouldn’t develop basic functional issues within such a short time. I expected much more in terms of quality and performance.
This experience has seriously shaken my trust in the brand. I shouldn’t be dealing with manufacturing problems like this so soon, especially when the product was bought from an official retailer. I urge Stanley to take this issue seriously and offer a solution—whether that’s a replacement lid or full support to restore the product's functionality.
