I Face Interior Peeling Issue With Stanley The Aerolight Transit Mug
In November 2024, I purchased a Stanley The Aerolight Transit Mug 0.47L via Trendyol (Invoice No: TYS2024029456838). From the first day, I carefully followed the official cleaning and care instructions, using it only for tea and coffee.
However, after just 2–3 months of use, I noticed peeling and discoloration on the inner surface of the mug. This issue has persisted and worsened over time, making the product look worn and unhygienic despite very limited and proper use.
Since my mug is still under warranty, I contacted Stanley customer service, but I have not yet received any response. Given the short time frame in which this defect appeared, I consider it a quality issue.
My Request
I am requesting a full replacement of my defective mug under warranty. I expect Stanley to honor its product quality guarantee and resolve my complaint promptly so I can continue using the brand with confidence.
