Stanley Iceflow Tumbler Leak - Refund and Exchange Issue
On August 24, I bought Stanley The Iceflow Flip Straw 2.0 Tumbler 0.89l thermos from Izmir Forum Bornova SuperStep store and the product was delivered to me by cargo on August 29. On September 6, my thermos flowed when I was in my bag and all my stuff, including my AirPods headphones, got wet in my bag. I took the product to the store where I bought it on September 10, it hadn't even been 15 days yet. Store employees stated that they only sell, they can't help. Then they said that they would send the product to the Polar Bear and that the information would be done either by the store or the Polar Bear. However, I was not informed in any way. When I went back to the store two weeks later, I was told that it was 21 business days. Although I called the store many times during this process, my calls were not answered. I could hardly reach it on October 10, they said they would check and return, but there was no response again. Then, when I called again, they said that the product came back and there was no exchange, that Stanley did not have a leak guarantee. After receiving the product, I was victimized and no solution was offered. Also, I was not informed by the store that I had to create a record with the barcode for product registration. I made the payment of ₺2,299 with a credit card. I request an exchange or a refund of my product. I want the victimization I have experienced to be resolved.
