I purchased a Stanley 887 ml thermos from Çetinkaya store. After just two days of use, the lid developed a crack and leakage problem following a minor impact. For a product that is marketed as high quality and comes at a premium price, I was very disappointed to see it fail so quickly.
I did not receive any invoice or receipt at the time of purchase, but I believe this is a clear manufacturing defect rather than misuse. A thermos designed for everyday use should not suffer damage so easily, especially in such a short time.
I request that my thermos be either repaired or replaced. I trust Stanley to honor its quality promise and resolve this issue quickly so that I can continue using the product with confidence.
