Stanley Classic Neverleak 047L Lid Stuck Issue - Warranty Refusal By Amazon
The lid of my Stanley Classic Neverleak 0.47-liter thermos mug, which I purchased from Amazon about two years ago, became locked around October 2 and cannot be opened in any way. Although the product is still under warranty, I submitted a request to the Stanley service center (Request No: 97242-102434), but they refused all responsibility on the grounds that the product was purchased from Amazon. However, it is clear that the product was sold directly by Amazon as the seller and that Stanley allows this. The main reason I chose this product was because Stanley offers a lifetime warranty. Despite this, the service did not even ask me to send the product in for inspection. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue. I request that Stanley service and Amazon resolve my grievance by repairing my product or replacing it with an equivalent one.
