No matter how tightly I close it, when I turn it upside down, it gushes out with the pressure of hot water, burning my hands and arms. Again, when I try to drink by pressing the opening button, it gushes out not only from the mouth part but also from the push button I press, causing my hand and mouth to burn. Keeping warm." Although the duration is 7 hours, it is not at a drinkable temperature and becomes warmer after 7 hours. I started the warranty of the product on 20.03.2024. I had the opportunity to use it within a month due to Ramadan and I reported the malfunction on 17.04.2024." - On 04.05.2024, I reported the situation to Stanley Türkiye distributor Kutup Ayısı for the second time and there was no response again. It's a complete disappointment that a brand like Stanley doesn't keep track of its products. I was left with a thermos that was expensive compared to its equivalents and that I could not use.

There is still no response. Has Stanley left Turkey to its fate, abandoned it? Whether positive or negative, there is no attention, why? Soon I will say Stanley is a regret...

Another ten days have passed, and there is still no response, notification, or feedback. What a reliable company that stands behind its products :)
