I promptly registered my purchase with the Turkey distributor, Polar Bear Company. Although the specifications promised a 6-7 hour heat retention for the thermos mug, the one I received fell short and started cooling down hot drinks within 1-1.5 hours. Even after contacting Polar Bear Company's customer service about this matter, I did not receive any response. I purchased the product with the expectation that Stanley's lifetime guarantee would be honored. However, it appears that this promise is not being fulfilled, or the distributor in Turkey is not taking these concerns seriously.
