I have a pair of 0.47-liter Stanley thermoses that I've been using regularly for the past three years. However, lately their ability to maintain hot beverages has been limited to approximately two hours. I reached out to kutupayisi.com, the distributor for Stanley in Turkey, regarding this matter, but unfortunately, I have not yet received a response. I've been experiencing this issue with my thermoses recently. I trust that Stanley, a brand renowned for its commitment to customer satisfaction, will address my concern in a timely manner.
