Stanley 0.47L Classic Vacuum Lock Mug Lid Broke After Two Uses – Need Replacement

I received a brand-new Stanley 0.47L Classic Vacuum Lock Mug as a gift, and after using it just twice, the lid’s locking tabs broke. This is extremely disappointing, especially from a brand that claims durability and lifetime quality.

I already own four Stanley products, but I have never seen such a poorly designed lid. How did this pass R&D testing? Now, my thermos is useless, and I can only use it as an open cup.

I have heard many complaints about this model, so clearly, this is a widespread issue. Stanley, I expect a replacement or a proper solution! You advertise lifetime warranty—let’s see if you stand by it!
