Stanley Adventure Switchback Lid Broke and No Replacement After 3 Weeks

I bought a Stanley Adventure Switchback 0.47 ml thermos, and its lid broke. When I reached out, I was told the damage was due to user error, so they wouldn’t provide a new lid. I even offered to pay for it, but they refused. Later, when I called again, they promised to send a new lid if I provided my address. It’s been 3 weeks, and I’ve received no updates or replacement. Now, I can’t use the thermos that supposedly has a lifetime warranty, and I’m left questioning why I spent so much on it. I’ve bought 5-6 Stanley products in different sizes, trusting the brand’s quality, but after this, I won’t be purchasing from Stanley again. I expect immediate action to resolve this.
