Stanley Bottle Loses Heat Retention Despite Lifetime Warranty Claim

I purchased a Stanley vacuum-insulated stainless steel 1.3-liter bottle from Amazon Turkey (amazon.com.tr) under order number 408-0296256-4545933. After using the bottle only about five or six times over a period of two years, I noticed a serious heat retention issue, and it no longer keeps drinks hot as it should. I first realized this problem approximately four months ago.

I contacted both Stanley and Amazon regarding this issue. Stanley informed me that the product was not covered under warranty, which was very surprising because Stanley actively promotes a lifetime warranty, and this claim was one of the main reasons I trusted and chose this product. I then spoke with Amazon Turkey, where I was told that until September 2025, Stanley does not provide warranty coverage for products purchased through Amazon Turkey. When I asked what solution would be offered in my case, I was told that my bottle could only be replaced if stock became available. At the moment, there is no stock, and no one could provide any information about how long I would need to wait.

I am extremely disappointed by this situation. I purchased a Stanley bottle specifically because of its advertised durability and lifetime warranty, and I used the product very carefully and only a few times. In a situation like this, customer satisfaction should be the top priority, especially when a product marketed as long-lasting becomes defective after such limited use.

I request that my defective Stanley 1.3-liter bottle be replaced with a new bottle that is as similar as possible to my current model, at no additional cost, without further delay, and without requiring me to wait indefinitely due to uncertain stock availability. I expect a clear and prompt resolution that aligns with Stanley’s lifetime warranty claims and basic customer satisfaction principles.
