Stanley Thermos Warranty Defect, Confined by Defective Lid


I bought a Stanley thermos from kutupayisi.com and filed a claim for a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, after only a month, the lid started to malfunction. When I attempted to have it fixed, I encountered various challenges and experienced a profound sense of helplessness. I was advised to reach out to the seller and explore alternative approaches. Why bother offering a lifetime warranty on these thermoses if there's no support provided in case of a fault? It seems that purchasing thermoses from the Stanley brand may not be the most suitable decision based on this situation. They fail to uphold their commitments. Even though I've started the warranty process, I haven't been able to find a solution and it seems impossible to get the thermos repaired under warranty. After this incident, I won't be purchasing another Stanley thermos.
