On July 15, 2025, I purchased a Stanley The IceFlow Flip Straw bottle via Hepsiburada (seller: Bulut Ofis). My invoice/order number is GIB202500000**.** Unfortunately, just 2–3 days after purchase, I began experiencing serious problems with the product.

First, the printed design on the exterior started fading almost immediately, despite me following proper care instructions. Second, the mouthpiece does not function properly—when positioned upright, no water flows through. To drink, I have to hold the bottle at an angle, which defeats the purpose of the flip-straw design. These issues have been consistent from the start and have made the product frustrating to use.

Although the bottle is still under warranty, I no longer have the physical warranty card, but I do have the invoice as proof of purchase. I have not yet contacted customer service about this issue, but since both the print peeling and the defective mouthpiece make the product unusable, I am requesting an immediate product replacement.
