Flex City User Harassment and Suspected Hacking

I am an Android player Flex City. I am writing to report a very toxic and threatening experience I have been going through in Flex City mode with the user whose ID is #53521C0DE***. For more than a week, this player has been insulting me repeatedly in Flex City, including serious insults directed at my mother, which make the game environment very uncomfortable and hostile. In addition to the verbal abuse, this person appears to be manipulating the game like hackers, which negatively affects the fairness of the matches and ruins the experience for other players. I have not yet made an in‑game report, so I am using this complaint to formally request that this account be investigated and that appropriate action be taken. My clear expectation is that this user will be banned if these behaviors are confirmed, so that other players are not exposed to the same harassment and unfair gameplay. I kindly ask you to review the account and game logs for Flex City matches involving this user and take the necessary measures to protect players from this kind of toxic and abusive behavior.
