Unauthorized Autopay Deduction Of Rs 299 By Master AI"

I am writing regarding an unauthorized Autopay transaction made by Master AI. Without my permission or explicit approval, an amount of 299 ₹ was automatically deducted from my account via PhonePe on 27 September 2026. I did not authorize this Autopay or any recurring payment to Master AI, and I was not informed clearly about such a charge in advance. I also have not yet contacted customer support, as I am bringing this issue directly through this complaint first, supported by the payment screenshot. I also want to point out that this situation is very disturbing for me, especially because such unauthorized payments can affect users’ trust when they suddenly notice money being taken from their account. I request that the unauthorized amount of 299 ₹ be fully refunded to my original payment method and that any active Autopay or recurring payment linked to my account be cancelled so that such deductions do not occur again.
