Stake UPI Deposit ₹500 Not Credited Or Refunded

I made a deposit of ₹500 to my Stake account via UPI on 18 March under the name “Naman.” The amount was debited from my bank account, but it has neither appeared in my Stake balance nor been returned to my bank account. On 19 March, I raised a complaint with my bank, and they informed me that the ₹500 was not credited back to my account. At this point, the money is stuck and I cannot use it either in my Stake account or in my bank account. I request that the missing ₹500 be refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible and that I be informed clearly about the status and outcome of this transaction.
