LG Smart TV Apps Not Working And Missing From App Store
In 2020, I purchased an LG 24TL510S television specifically because of its Smart TV features. For a long time, I was able to use it without any issues by connecting to the internet and accessing apps such as TV+ and other streaming services.
However, for about the past month, when I try to open the TV+ application, I receive a notification stating that the app is no longer supported, and I am unable to use it. In addition, I can no longer find or download certain apps like TOD TV from the LG TV app store. In other words, I am currently unable to access Smart TV applications that were available and fully functional when I originally purchased the television.
I request that all Smart TV applications that I was previously able to use on this device be restored and made accessible again, and that they be available for download once more through the LG app store.
I contacted LG because I couldn't use TV+ and other apps, and couldn't download apps from the LG store, but I haven't received any response or solution yet. The problem is still ongoing, and I think that this attitude makes them an irresponsible company that doesn't value its customers.
The LG TV+ app is no longer supported, and I cannot find some apps like TOD TV in the store. This situation prevents me from using the smart features of the TV, and my issue is still unresolved.
