I have been experiencing serious difficulties with the verification process on my Stake.com account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds. My username is “gidona802,” and I currently have 1,538 USD locked in my account. Stake.com first requested my bank statements, which I provided, but they were rejected. I then went to my bank, printed out official bank statements, and submitted them again, and those were also rejected. After that, Stake.com asked for a reference letter from the bank. I obtained the reference letter and submitted it, yet it was still rejected. They then kept demanding utility bills, but in Nigeria, the system is different: we usually pay individuals or agents who provide a recharge or ID code that we enter into a portal to activate electricity or other utilities, so we do not receive the type of formal utility bill they are asking for. Because of this, it is practically impossible for me to provide the exact documents they insist on, even though my bank statements clearly show all my payments, including electricity, gas, television (Startimes), and Netflix. I have contacted Stake.com customer support several times and explained that the documents they are requesting are not commonly used or available in Nigeria. I also explained that my bank statements contain full records of every single payment, including bills, and should be sufficient to verify my address and identity. Despite this, they keep rejecting my documents and repeating the same requests for documents that do not exist in my country in the form they want, leaving my account effectively blocked. I request that Stake.com review my case urgently, accept the verifiable bank documents I have already provided, or offer an alternative verification method that is compatible with the Nigerian system, and release my account so that I can withdraw my 1,538 USD balance without further delay.
