Betwoon Withholds ₺48,000 Withdrawal Due to Excessive Document Requests

I attempted to withdraw ₺48,000 from Betwoon, but they demanded numerous documents, including utility bills in my name. Despite providing my residence and ID documents, they insist that I must submit an electricity or water bill to process my withdrawal. However, I am unable to obtain such bills in my name.

Even after fulfilling their other requirements, they continue to block my withdrawal. This policy is both unreasonable and frustrating, especially since I have already verified my identity multiple times. Betwoon’s refusal to release my funds feels unjust and deeply disappointing.

I urge Betwoon to address this issue immediately and allow me to access my money without further obstacles. This type of behavior raises serious concerns about their platform.
