Stake.ac UPI Deposit Not Credited

I made a deposit to my Stake.ac account via UPI on 13 April 2026 for 499.77 INR. The amount was successfully deducted from my account, but it has still not been credited to my Stake.ac balance. The payment shows as completed on my side with the transaction reference 610338768763. I tried to reach support, but only an AI agent responded and I was not able to get any real customer service assistance or a clear solution about my missing deposit. As a result, my money is stuck and I cannot use it on your platform. I request that my deposit be immediately credited as 500 INR to my Stake.ac account. If this is not possible, I request a full refund of this amount back to the same bank account that was used as the payment source, and that this issue be resolved urgently based on the transaction details I have provided.
