Stake UPI Deposit Not Credited - Paytm Payment Missing

I am writing to report an issue regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my Stake account. I deposited ₹1000 to my Stake account ID “Yadavji0***” via UPI using the Paytm app, but the amount has still not been reflected in my Stake account. This is not the first time this has happened; earlier I faced the same issue with another ₹1000 deposit, which also did not reach my Stake account. For your reference, I am sharing the UPI transaction details below. The first transaction has UPI reference number 398339074738, amount ₹1000, dated 04/03/26 at 7:38 PM. The second transaction has UPI reference number 605824849712, amount ₹1000, dated 27/02/26 at 09:05 PM. In both cases, the money was debited from my Paytm UPI, but my Stake account balance did not update. I request you to urgently check these transactions and refund the total debited amount back to my original payment source account linked to Paytm, as the funds have not been credited to my Stake account. If my money is not refunded or credited back promptly, I will consider taking this matter further with the relevant authorities, including filing an FIR. I am also attaching screenshots of the payments and transaction confirmations for your verification. I expect this issue to be resolved without any further delay.
