I attempted to make a deposit in INR from my Paytm Payments Bank account to my Stake.ac game account on February 23, 2026. The amount of ₹1,499.95 was debited from my Paytm Payments Bank account, but it was never credited to my Stake.ac account.
My bank has confirmed that the transaction was successfully processed and that the funds were transferred to the merchant’s account. However, the money still has not appeared in my game account. I contacted Paytm customer support regarding this issue, but instead of resolving it, they redirected me back to my bank, even though the bank has already confirmed the transaction was successful on their end.
This situation has left me without my money and without any clear explanation or resolution from Paytm. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that the amount of ₹1,499.95 either be refunded to my Paytm account or properly credited to my Stake.ac account as soon as possible.
