Stake Payment Completed But Not Credited

I made a deposit on the Stake gaming platform on 3 April at 2:44 pm via INR bank transfer. The payment was successfully processed on my side, and I have a Google transaction ID of CICAgNik-8ioQg, but the money has not been credited to my Stake account balance or become available in the game. Despite the payment being completed, my Stake account with the username “RSMKSM” still does not show this deposit, and I cannot use the funds. I have already reported this issue about the website twice, but the problem remains unresolved and my money is still missing on the platform. I request that this failed or missing deposit be fully refunded to me, as I have not received the balance in my Stake account. I expect a prompt investigation of this transaction and a refund of the full amount to my original payment method as soon as possible.
