I am using Stake from India and on 3 April I made a payment of 500 INR via Google Pay using UPI to Nasir K***, with the transaction ID 609331612214. Although the amount has been debited from my side, it has not been received or reflected as expected on Stake. After this issue occurred, I tried to reach the Stake support team, but the support site is not opening properly and my payment-related request is not being received by the support system. Because of this, I have not been able to get any answer or assistance about where my 500 INR has gone. I request that this 500 INR payment be immediately checked, and that the amount either be credited correctly to my account or refunded to me. I also ask that the access problem with the Stake support site be resolved so that users can submit their complaints and get a clear response.
