I have been experiencing a serious problem with deposits to my Stake account via Google Pay and I have not been able to get any response from support. On 14, 18 and 19 February, I made several deposit attempts through Google Pay. In each case, the money was successfully taken from my bank via Google Pay, but the funds never appeared in my Stake account. In total, around 1500 is missing from these transactions. I tried to make an enquiry with Stake support about this issue, but my enquiry failed and I have not received any reply or explanation from Stake so far. I request that the missing amount of 1500 either be refunded back to my original payment method or correctly deposited into my Stake account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of why these deposits were taken from my bank through Google Pay but were not credited to my Stake balance.
