Stake Missing Deposit Issue With No Clear Support Response

I am writing regarding an issue with a deposit I made to my Stake account. On April 13, I deposited ₹20,000 via UPI from India, but although the amount has been deducted from my bank account, it is still not reflected in my Stake account balance.
The UPI transaction reference (UTR) number for this deposit is 203934407880. I contacted Stake customer support about this issue, but so far I have only been told to wait, without any clear explanation or a concrete timeline for resolution. The responses I received appear to be automated and do not indicate that a proper investigation has been carried out.
I request that my ₹20,000 deposit be urgently traced and credited to my Stake account as soon as possible. Alternatively, I expect a clear and detailed explanation of what has happened to this transaction and how the issue will be resolved.
