Stake Balance Missing

I am writing regarding a problem with a UPI deposit I made to my Stake account from India on 22 February 2026. I deposited ₹5000 via UPI, the amount was debited from my bank account, but it has still not appeared in my Stake balance. When I contacted Stake customer support, they informed me that they had not received any amount and advised me to check with my bank. I then contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the ₹5000 has been successfully deducted from my account and sent to the beneficiary party. At this point I am stuck between Stake and my bank, while my ₹5000 remains missing. I request that Stake either credits this ₹5000 to my Stake balance or refunds it to my bank account after investigating the transaction and resolving the issue.
