UPI Transaction Successful but Stake Did Not Credit Funds

On March 30, I attempted to deposit ₹20,000 into my Stake account via UPI from my IDFC Bank account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank, but it has still not been credited to my Stake account. The UPI transaction reference (UTR) number for this payment is 608939358873, and my Stake account is registered with the email address lalitaratu***@gmail.com.
After noticing that the funds were not reflected in my Stake balance, I contacted Stake support and was informed that they had not received the money and that I should contact my bank. I then contacted IDFC Bank, and they confirmed that the transaction was successfully completed on their end and that there is no issue from the bank’s side.
I am now stuck between Stake and the bank, while ₹20,000 remains unaccounted for. I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that the ₹20,000 be either credited to my Stake account or refunded back to my IDFC Bank account as soon as possible. I would also appreciate a clear written confirmation of the resolution and the steps taken to trace this payment.
