I Need Yalla Ludo to Remove an Email Address That Does Not Belong to Me

I am the original owner of Yalla Ludo account ID 11117548 and I can still log in only through my Facebook account. About four years ago, another person added their own email address to my account without my permission. I have never had access to that email address and I cannot receive any verification codes that are sent there. Because of this situation, I am unable to fully manage and secure my own account. I have already contacted Yalla Ludo customer support about this issue, but my case has not been solved and the unauthorized email is still linked to my account. I kindly request that my ownership of the account be manually verified and that the unauthorized email address be removed from my Yalla Ludo account ID 11117548. I am ready to provide screenshots, proof of Facebook login, and any other information needed to confirm that I am the rightful owner. My expectation is that the unauthorized email will be removed and that I will be given full, secure access to my account again.
