Stake Deposit Not Received - PhonePe ₹999 Missing

I made a deposit of ₹999 to my Stake account registered with the email address desen***[email protected] on 31 March 2026 from India using PhonePe. The amount has been debited from my bank account and my bank has confirmed that the payment was successfully sent to the receiver, however Stake is claiming that they have not received the funds. I have already contacted Stake support about this issue and an enquiry was opened under the ID TYHnF1M7BCh3ozOf, but so far no one is responding and the issue remains unresolved, even though the money has clearly left my account. At this point I no longer trust the platform and I do not wish to continue using Stake. I request that my ₹999 be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible so that this matter can be closed.
