I made a deposit to my Stake account via Paytm on April 5 in the amount of 1,800, but the funds still have not been credited to my Stake account and are completely missing.
I have proof of payment from Paytm, along with the transaction reference details, and I can provide them upon request.
After noticing that the deposit did not arrive, I contacted Stake customer support. However, instead of investigating the issue thoroughly, I was only advised to contact my bank, even though the payment was successfully processed on Paytm’s side and I have clear proof of that.
I request that my missing deposit be credited to my Stake account immediately without any further delay, or that a clear and detailed investigation be conducted and the written results shared with me.
I expect this issue to be resolved urgently, as the delay is preventing me from using my own funds.
