I deposited ₹10,000 into my Stake account via a bank transfer to their local bank account about one month ago, but the funds have still not been credited to my Stake account.
The money has already been deducted from my bank account, yet my Stake balance shows no record of this deposit. I contacted Stake customer support regarding this missing transaction, but I did not receive any helpful response, and my support ticket was closed without resolving the issue.
This situation has left me without access to my own funds for an extended period, which is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. My Stake account is registered under the email address dhiraj47***@gmail.com.
I request that my ₹10,000 deposit be urgently traced and credited to my Stake account without any further delay. If this is not possible, I expect a clear explanation along with an immediate resolution to this issue.
