I am writing to report an issue with a Google Pay UPI transaction made to my Stake account that has not been credited to my balance, even though the amount has been debited from my bank.
On April 11 at around 1:41 AM, I made a payment of ₹499 using Google Pay on my iPhone 14 Plus. The payment was made from my ICICI Bank account, and the UPI transaction ID is 610127705204. Although the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, it has still not been reflected in my Stake account balance.
I have already attempted to contact support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of communication, combined with the missing funds, is causing serious inconvenience and concern.
I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that the ₹499 be credited to my Stake account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
