Stake Deposit And Withdrawal Complaint

I used the website stake.com from Bhiwani, Haryana, India, and experienced serious issues with both a deposit and a withdrawal. On 30 March 2026 at around 11:51 AM, I made a deposit of 500 INR via UPI. The amount was deducted from my account, but it was not credited to my stake.com balance. Later, on 1 April 2026 at around 9:20, I requested a withdrawal of 3000 INR through bank transfer, and this withdrawal has been pending for about one day without being processed. I do not have any clear contact information for stake.com support, so I have not been able to reach them directly about these payment problems. At the same time, both the missing deposit of 500 INR and the delayed withdrawal of 3000 INR have caused me financial and emotional stress because this is my own money, and I have no clear information about where it is. I request that stake.com immediately investigates these two transactions, credits the missing 500 INR deposit, processes and pays out the 3000 INR withdrawal to my bank account without further delay, and provides a clear explanation of what went wrong. I also expect a written response and, if appropriate, compensation for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
