Stake Cancels My Airtel Payments Bank Deposit but Money Not Returned

I made a deposit of 500 INR to my Stake account through Airtel Payments Bank 6 days ago, but the money has neither been credited to my Stake account nor returned to my bank. The transaction shows as successful on the Airtel Payments Bank side, but Stake cancelled the transaction and the amount was deducted from my Airtel Payments Bank account. I have a transaction reference ID for this payment. When I contacted Stake, they stated that they did not receive the funds. However, Airtel Payments Bank customer support informed me that the transaction was successfully sent to the merchant. At this point, my money is stuck between Stake and Airtel Payments Bank, and I have been waiting for 6 days without any resolution. I request that my 500 INR either be immediately refunded to my Airtel Payments Bank account or credited to my Stake account without any further delay. I also ask for a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction so that this does not happen again.
