I Lost My Stake Bet Due to Misleading Live Card Stats and Unfair Rule Enforcement

Stake is seriously damaging trust with misleading notifications in live betting. I placed a live bet based on their own alert that said, “There will be a card after the 60th minute.” I bet on over 3.5 cards. Three cards were shown during the match, and then a fourth yellow was issued in the final minutes. I was thrilled—until I saw my bet marked as lost.

When I contacted support, they told me the card shown to a substitute player doesn't count. If that's the case, why is the card even displayed in your live stats on the betting screen? Why offer a 1.50 odds bet if you're going to deny valid results based on fine print that most users never see?

This feels deceptive and manipulative. It creates serious doubt about the fairness of your platform. I want my money refunded for bet ID Sport:323***771. Stake needs to stop misleading its users and honor outcomes based on the data it publicly displays.
