Betnano Marked My Bets as Lost After Canceled Matches and Gave No Help via Live Support

I’m extremely disappointed with Betnano. I had three separate betting slips, and each included matches that were later canceled. Despite the cancellations, Betnano marked all three of my slips as lost. This is completely unfair and against what should happen in such situations.
When I contacted live support to understand why my canceled matches weren’t voided properly, they simply brushed it off by saying they use an external infrastructure from another site. That’s not an acceptable explanation. The specific match in question is the Den Haag game played (or rather not played) on 28.05.25 at 17:30, which is clearly visible in the match visual on the platform. And yet, no adjustment was made to my slip.
What’s worse is that the live support team refused to offer any real solution. They blamed the system and took no responsibility for correcting my bet or refunding my money.
Betnano, this is your platform, your responsibility. You can’t hide behind third-party providers when your users are losing money due to technical or scheduling issues beyond their control. I demand my slips be reevaluated and my balance corrected immediately. If this isn’t resolved, I’ll be sharing this experience widely across consumer complaint channels.
