Bets10 Showed My Winning Match as Lost and Support Ignored My Complaint

I’m beyond frustrated with Bets10. I placed a bet on a match that clearly won, but the system wrongly marked it as a loss. Despite this clear error, the support team has been completely unhelpful. They don’t respond properly, offer no solutions, and act like it’s not their responsibility.

This makes me wonder how many other matches I’ve lost due to system errors without even realizing it. I used to trust this platform, but now I have zero confidence in it. If Bets10 can’t reflect accurate match results and refuses to fix them when proven wrong, how can anyone trust playing here?

Bets10 needs to correct my ticket immediately and start taking customer complaints seriously. Bettors—track your games yourselves, because Bets10 clearly won’t.
