Betnano Marked My Winning Bet as Lost

I placed a bet on Betnano, and it clearly won, yet the site marked it as lost. This is beyond frustrating—how can a platform lose a winning ticket? When I contacted support, they simply said, “The provider finalized it this way.” This is not an acceptable response when real money is at stake.

I have proof of my winning bet, including screenshots, yet they refuse to correct the issue. How can I trust a betting site that does this? They also interfere with slot games, making it even harder to win. I demand my rightful winnings to be credited to my account immediately!
