₹500 Missing from Stake Account After Successful Bank Debit

On April 3, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹500 to my Stake account via PhonePe using my ICICI Bank account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Stake account balance. The transaction reference number for this payment is 846358711835.
I contacted Stake customer support regarding this missing deposit and was advised to wait 24 hours. However, even after this period, the amount has still not been credited to my account.
I request that this ₹500 be either immediately credited to my Stake account or refunded back to my bank account, and that I be provided with a clear update on the status of this transaction.
