My Stake account has been temporarily suspended, and I am unable to withdraw my balance without completing Level 4 verification. During the Level 4 verification process, I was asked to declare my source of income, but I currently have no income. I was only using the funds that were already in my account.
Even though I uploaded my bank transaction records, crypto account activity, and all other requested documents in full, none of my documents were accepted. Throughout this process, I was also not given any clear or concrete explanation about why my verification was rejected.
I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I be allowed to withdraw my balance without further delay.
