Deposit Missing Despite SBI Confirming Success
I am filing this complaint regarding an unresolved INR 10,000 deposit I made to Stake casino via UPI on 29 May 2026 at around 2:50 pm. The amount was successfully debited from my State Bank of India (SBI) account, but it has neither been credited to my Stake account nor refunded back to my bank. SBI has completed their investigation and clearly confirmed that the transaction was successful and that the funds left my account and were delivered to the beneficiary/merchant. They have also confirmed that no refund or reversal has been processed back to my account. In other words, according to SBI, the money has already reached the merchant side and has not been returned. In contrast, Stake and its payment provider are stating that they have never received these funds and have advised me to contact my bank and request a refund. This reply completely contradicts the written confirmation I received from SBI, which states that the transaction was successful and the funds were delivered to the beneficiary. The relevant transaction information is as follows: the deposit amount is INR 10,000 and the bank UTR/reference ID is 614921120778. On Stake’s side, the deposit appears as cancelled and I have two Stake transaction IDs, 3498666312 and 3498672908, as well as enquiry IDs pWK_6fSb5OandiT6 and rJ4cjmhrzTh3gtC2, all related to this failed deposit. Despite all this information and the completed bank investigation, the money is still missing and I am stuck between the bank and the merchant. I request that Stake urgently conduct a full and detailed investigation on their side, verify the flow of funds using the UTR/reference ID provided, and clearly explain where the INR 10,000 has been credited. If, for any reason, the deposit cannot be located and credited to my Stake account, I demand an immediate refund of the full INR 10,000 to my original payment source. All supporting documents, including bank confirmations, transaction screenshots and previous support communications, are available and can be reviewed as part of this investigation.
