Bumble Account Blocked Appealing

On 15/02/2026, when I opened the Bumble app, I discovered that my account had been blocked and suspended on the grounds that I was allegedly offering or buying sexual services. This accusation is completely unfounded and does not reflect my behavior or the way I have used the application. I immediately contacted Bumble support twice through the support section on the website to understand why my account had been blocked and to request a review of this decision. The responses I received stated that they would not share any proof or details justifying this decision and that they would no longer respond to my requests, which I find extremely unfair, non-transparent, and damaging to me as a user who has not violated the rules. On 09/02/2026, I purchased a one‑month Bumble Premium subscription for this account, and only a few days later, my access was blocked, so I can no longer use the service I have paid for. My main request is that my Bumble account be unblocked as soon as possible and that this blocking and suspension decision be reviewed, because I firmly reject this accusation and would like to continue using the Premium service that I have paid for in full compliance with the platform’s rules.
